The Newlon Group consists of Newlon Housing Trust, the parent of the Group, and its five subsidiaries – Outward, Newlon Fusion, Access Homes, NewlonBuild and NewlonInvest. We all work closely together to provide a comprehensive range of high quality community services. Newlon Housing Trust is a highly successful charitable housing association based in north London. We work to provide people in housing need with decent and affordable homes and with our Group member Outward to help individuals and communities reach their full potential. Newlon Housing Trust currently owns and/or manages around 8000 affordable homes across North and East London, which includes 1200 shared ownership homes.’
